Session Overview
Many of us lead busy lifestyles and don't always have the time or luxury to cook fresh, healthy meals everyday, which could lead to unhealthy eating decisions.
The type of food we eat impacts our mood, stress levels and overall health. So how do we strike the balance between eating for function and satisfaction, without spending loads of time in the kitchen?
Healthy eating shouldn't be a slow, boring or inconvenient process.
