The 7 Types of Rest

Register

Ever slept for more than eight hours and still woken up tired?
Or come back from a holiday only to feel like you already need another one?

Many of us assume we’ve rested simply because we’ve slept or taken time away, but physical rest is only one type of rest we actually need. Sometimes the real issue isn’t tiredness in the body but pressure on the mind, senses or emotions.

Join this one-hour session to understand rest in a clearer and more practical way.

In this session, we’ll cover:
• The seven different types of rest your body, soul and spirit actually need
• How to recognise which type of rest you’re missing
• The signs of depletion you might be ignoring
• What to do when you feel run down in a particular area of rest

As life starts to slow down in December, take the opportunity to learn what will truly help you feel refreshed and ready to begin the new year with clarity and energy.

And much more!
